Caroline Giunipero is Director of Product Management at ShareFile where she leads a team of five product managers. She concentrates on how to make the client collaboration experience work for users so they can focus on serving clients instead of completing administrative tasks. Caroline joined ShareFile in 2011 as a customer success representative and was a sales engineer before moving into product management. She studied dramatic art and entrepreneurship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a graduate of the Leadership Raleigh program, a civic and leadership engagement program for business leaders. Caroline enjoys creating complex Excel conditions and had to file taxes in four states in 2023.
