John Sapp, Chief Revenue Officer of Drake Software, provides vision for the sales, marketing, and customer education teams while driving high-level strategic development for the company. He joined Drake Software in 1996 and has held several roles since, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Strategic Development. John serves on several boards, including the board of directors for the Council for Electronic Revenue Communication Advancement (CERCA). Additionally, John has served as a Senior Executive Board Member of the IRS Security Summit’s Identity Theft Tax Refund Fraud Information Sharing and Analysis Center (IDTTRF-ISAC) and Chair of the Electronic Tax Administration Advisory Committee (ETAAC), an organization that is largely responsible for researching, analyzing, and considering recommendations for electronic tax administration issues including combating identity theft and refund fraud.
