Jeannine K Brown is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Everyday Lead, a consultancy providing talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion services to corporations in various industries impacting many professions. Jeannine is an award-winning leader who advocates for increasing women and multicultural professionals into fulfilling executive leadership roles. She works closely with clients, delivering solutions to assist clients in retaining talent, decreasing attrition costs, attracting new talent, and creating a competitive advantage with DEI strategies. Jeannine has an active role and voices championing the importance of diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion among individuals, cultures, and systems. She has held leadership and consulting roles in state and local taxation at the Alabama Revenue Commission and Deloitte and in the industry as a Tax Director. Jeannine is a dynamic speaker and transformational executive coach. Her solutions help clients expand their networks, leverage their skills to create value, increase compensation, and get profitable results. She was named a "Female Success Factor" in Rolling Out Magazine for her work in Diversity and Inclusion, has been the featured cover story for "Voyage Atlanta" and "Business Men and Women of Color (BMWOC) Magazine," and is a contributing thought leader and content designer for Leadercast, National Association of Black Accountants, Inc., the Association of International Certified Public Accountants, Inc. (AICPA), the Business Leader's Institute (BLI), Becker Professional Education, and more. Jeannine serves as the Vice-Chairwoman of the Alabama State University Foundation, Inc., and Vice Chair of the Women's Initiative Executive Committee (WIEC) for the AICPA. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Alabama State University Percy J. Vaughn, Jr. College and a Master of Business Administration from Robinson College, Georgia State University. Jeannine is a business advisor, author, executive coach, podcast host, and public speaker who travels extensively to conferences and corporations. Jeannine lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
