Kristyn M. Glennon holds the position of First Vice President and BSA/AML Officer at BayCoast Bank. In her role, she is responsible for coordinating and developing policies, procedures, and monitoring programs across all bank departments to ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) regulations, including OFAC and the USA PATRIOT Act. Kristyn also is responsible for compliance and the day to day operations of the Bank's Cannabis Business Program. With over 25 years of banking experience, Kristyn previously served as Vice President, Compliance, and BSA Officer at Envision Bank (formerly Randolph Savings Bank). She graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and earned a Paralegal Certificate from Quincy College. Kristyn is an active member of several professional associations, including the Southeast Security Association, New England Fraud Investigators Association, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
