ERICA RICE is a corporate attorney at Foley Hoag in Boston where serves as co-chair of the firm's Cannabis and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. As a well-known player in the cannabis space, Erica helps cannabis companies navigate the complexities of a new and growing industry while influencing industry guidelines where official rules are often not yet in place.
