Over the last decade, she has assisted numerous private equity and venture capital backed company’s unlock their potential in restoring their financial health resulting in three successful exits and multiple buy-side acquisitions.

Wendy is a licensed CPA in the state of New York. She graduated from Fairfield University with a major in accounting and finance and is a member of Beta Alpha Psi. She has taken several executive education courses including a high impact leadership class at Columbia Business School, an M&A class from Stanford Graduate School and a class on driving corporate performance from Harvard Business School.
