Jon has more than 24 years of experience within public and industry accounting. At FORVIS, he has focused on taxation of auto dealerships and large consolidated dealership groups which include private equity ownership. Jon's experience includes tax consulting and compliance surrounding income tax issues; the preparation of quarterly and annual estimated tax provision accruals (ASC 740); consulting and implementation of Corptax software; analysis of large capital plans including the overall impact on tax liabilities; tax forecasting; §263A analysis; and tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Jon has presented on various tax topics at NADA and NADC.
