Lisa Busedu is an Associate Chief Auditor at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). In this role, she leads various standard-setting projects of the Office of the Chief Auditor.

Prior to joining the PCAOB in 2020, Ms. Busedu worked in the assurance practice for KPMG AG, and was an audit partner for KPMG LLP in New York. During her public accounting career, Ms. Busedu performed audits, primarily of large financial institutions.

Ms. Busedu earned a B.S. from the University of Delaware, majoring in accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
