Mr. Murray combines more than nine years working in the cannabis space with a background rooted in investment banking. Mr. Murray previously serves as Chief Financial Officer for Revolution Global, LLC a multi state operator with three different cultivation facilities and eight dispensaries across five states. While CFO at Revolution, Mr. Murray arranged over $150mm in financings, including equity, debt and sales-leases back transactions. In addition, Mr. Murray was a pivotal participant in three different acquisitions during his tenure at Revolution. In 2014, he began working with a NASDAQ-listed company to explore financial opportunities in the legal cannabis space. Recognizing the potential of this fast growing and changing sector, Mr. Murray connected with industry leaders across the spectrum of the adult-use and medical cannabis markets including those specializing in the legal, cultivation, testing, and financing sectors of the business. Currently Mr. Murray serves as a fractional CFO to a number of different companies spanning both Cannabis, Logistics and Consumer Packaged Goods. Prior to working for cannabis industry, Mr. Murray spent over two decades in a investment banking specializing in healthcare, consumer products and REITs and worked for companies including Credit Agricole Securities (USA) as a director in their Equity Capital Markets Group, Ladenburg Thalmann, & Co., and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. Mr. Murray’s transactional history includes multi-million-dollar restructurings, follow-on offerings, IPOs, and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Murray received his undergraduate degree from Babson College and his MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
