Mr. Santarosa has served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Hanmi Financial Corporation and Hanmi Bank since November 2015. Prior to his tenure with Hanmi and Hanmi Bank, he has served in leadership positions with several West Coast and East Coast financial institutions. Mr. Santarosa is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in New York and Connecticut, served as an Audit Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse & Co., and earned his B.S. degree in accounting with a minor in mathematics from Ithaca College.

With over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services, he has been responsible for leading and directing growth strategies, cost reduction and process improvement initiatives, technology implementations and capital management.
