Helen’s career began at the Boots Group where she joined the Finance Graduate Scheme and became CIMA qualified. She subsequently went on to work at PwC Consulting in a variety of management consulting roles followed by G4S where she was a Senior Finance Business Partner.

Helen joined Experian in 2005 and has worked in a variety of roles across Finance including CFO Global Finance Services where she was not only the first female CFO of GFS but also the first CFO of GFS reflecting the growth and transformation of Global Finance Services at Experian. The organisation covered 60% of Experian global finance population including finance activity ranging from transaction processing through to, FP&A, and Finance Business Partnering from 4 centres in Malaysia, Costa Rica, Bulgaria and Brazil.

Helen recently moved into a new role as CFO Experian UK& Ireland which is one of the key regions for Experian Plc driving performance and growth.

Helen is passionate about developing talent in the organisation and driving the diversity agenda. Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family and is a keen runner and skier.
