Beforehand Cezary was Founder & CEO of Healthdom, a preventive medicine company. He started his career at McKinsey, then advised technology, media and telecom clients doing M&A investment banking at JPMorgan, then became a private equity investor at Warburg Pincus in London progressing from Associate to Head of Central Europe. 

President of The Butterfly Effect Foundation helping children from underprivileged and rural areas, graduate of London School of Economics, Warsaw School of Economics and Wirtschaftsuniversitat Wien, the Best Economics Student of Poland 2002; member of Future Leaders initiative of young Managing Directors at private equity industry in the UK, author of a book on defence doctrine for Poland; ex-board member of several companies in healthcare and technology space with >3,000 employees.
