Lara Lylozian
Lara Lylozian is the Chief Accountant and Deputy Associate Director in the Division of Supervision and Regulation at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. In this role, Lara advises the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and senior staff on the implications of key accounting, auditing, and reporting matters. She also works to advance international initiatives, serving as a member of the Accounting Experts Group of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. The Accounting Experts Group helps foster high quality international accounting and auditing standards and practices with the aim of enhancing financial stability.
Lara joined the Federal Reserve in January 2015 as a Professional Accounting Fellow from PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has over 20 years of professional experience leading a variety of financial accounting and reporting projects in the financial services sector, including three years in London.
Lara holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia.
