Mr. McDowell is an innovative strategist that has acquired the nuts and bolts of real estate investing from the best multinational companies in the industry, where he acquired and managed all major property types, including multi-family, retail, office, student housing, industrial, mixed-use, hotels, urban land and residential.

After graduating from the California State University at Northridge with a B.S. in Accountancy, Mr. McDowell worked for Ernst & Young, LLP in the Real Estate Practice as an auditor for the top real estate firms. Afterwards, Mr. McDowell joined his largest privately-held client as VP of Finance. Subsequently, Mr. McDowell worked for several reputable firms in various C-suite roles where he led acquisitions, asset management, property management, infrastructure transitions, portfolio workouts, financial and operational turnarounds of companies and portfolio investments, etc.
