Ruth joined Hedge Trackers at its inception in 2000 and currently manages the Interest Rate Outsourcing team. In her tenure at Hedge Trackers, she has designed and accounted for cash flow, fair value and net investment hedge strategies that met the extensive GAAP documentation and reporting requirements for a multitude of financial institutions and companies. Ruth played an instrumental role in building the firm's derivative specialists team that partner with global clients to provide outsourced derivative accounting, consulting, analytics and client training webinars. With more than three decades of practical experience in financial auditing and hedge accounting specifics, Ruth is an in-demand national and international speaker for both Hedge Trackers' training and third-party seminars and conferences.

Based in Silicon Valley, Ruth qualified as a CPA, has an MBA from San Jose State University and graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a BS in Finance.
