Certified tax advisor, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw with over 20 years of experience in tax and human resources advisory.

Michał carries out projects related to the integration, transformation and restructuring of human resources, eg. related to the effectiveness of employee costs (PIT, ZUS, PFRON). He advises on legal and tax issues related to HR processes, including payroll processes and specializes in advisory for Polish listed companies and international corporations introducing options / management share based incentive programs in Poland. He is an expert in the design and implementation of international mobility strategies for employees of companies expanding their business. 

Michał is an author of many publications as well as lecturer at conferences and seminars in the field of tax and human capital management. He is an expert of the European Commission in the field of taxation and international mobility, co-author of comments on the Personal Income Tax Act.
