In addition to providing a full range of family dispute analyses, Mrs. Caswell has undertaken assignments in a variety of industries in the US and Latin America involving fraud investigations, contract disputes, estate disputes, lost profits, and business interruption claims. Mrs. Caswell has been contracted by the Securities Exchange Commission and has provided Expert Witness testimony over 100 times in State Court and at Arbitration proceedings, including FINRA and the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Mrs. Caswell possesses the ability to communicate valuation and litigation issues in both English and Spanish.
