Stuart H. (Stu) Harden is a partner in Hemming Morse, LLP. His 52-year career includes being an audit partner with national and local firms and forensic consulting partner with Hemming for over 20 years. He has testified over 60 times in federal and state courts and arbitrations. He has also held many standard-setting positions in the profession including membership on the Auditing Standards Board and Emerging Issues Task Force of the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
