Austin serves as a Partner in the Los Angeles office and is the National Technical and Quality Leader for the Valuation & Capital Market Analysis practice. Mr. Lee has more than 15 years of valuation and consulting experience for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. Mr. Lee's transactional experience includes domestic and international companies operating in the technology, consumer products, media and entertainment companies.

Mr. Lee previously served as a Professional Accounting Fellow for valuation in the Chief Accountant's office for the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). As an SEC Fellow, Mr. Lee participated on rule making committees responsible for shaping valuation policies. Prior to joining BDO, Mr. Lee worked in the valuation practice of a Big Four accounting firm.
