Ken is a forensic accountant and Senior Managing Director with FTI Consulting, based in Orange County, CA. Over his 25-plus year career he has helped juries, judicial officers, lawyers, and their clients understand and address hundreds of disputed financial issues. Ken frequently serves as a joint expert, informally or under Court appointment, and has testified as an expert witness in U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts, California State Court, and both U.S. and international arbitration.

Ken is an active volunteer and leader within the forensic accounting profession. He currently chairs the AICPA's Forensic and Litigation Services Committee and is a member of CalCPA's Forensic Services Steering Committee. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Ken is also Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the AICPA. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration (finance emphasis) and began his career in 1995 with the accounting firm, Price Waterhouse.
