Jon is a senior manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions tax practice. Jon specializes in advising large and mid-cap corporates, private equity groups, and venture capital funds on the tax aspects of transactions, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, tax-efficient funding, and implementation for US and cross-border transactions.

Jon has served clients in various industries—with a focus on energy, infrastructure, real estate, technology, and life sciences—and has extensive experience in renewable energy and energy transition.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Jon was a manager in the NextEra Energy tax planning group, where he focused on M&A and the structuring and tax-advantaged financing of over $2 B in renewable energy projects via tax equity, private equity, and public equity and debt raises. Before that, Jon worked for 5 years as a Mergers & Acquisitions tax manager with PwC's New York office.
