Aleta is a Director in KPMG's Finance Transformation practice with professional work experience in the energy industry and in consulting, advisory services and ESG strategy. Her team drives value creation by enabling data driven decision making and predictive analysis to drive down costs, improve profitability, and support future growth. She has a comprehensive process-oriented approach to transformation which standardizes and integrates processes by utilizing software-as-intended (out-of-the-box) to automate solutions and accelerate value realization.

Prior to joining KPMG, Aleta worked at Unocal across the Oil & Gas value chain (upstream, midstream and downstream) with a focus on financial and budget analysis, domestic and international accounting, system implementations, master data management, and training. As a certified information system auditor (CISA), Aleta is a member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and Women's Energy Network (WEN). Aleta earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston.
