
Ruth Reitmeier
Ruth Reitmeier serves as Director of Coaching at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business where she oversees the hiring, training, and managing of professional coaches who work directly with MBA students to increase their leadership capacity. Ruth has spoken to international audiences about the power of early intervention for emerging leaders and the psychological benefits of leadership coaching. Her consulting work includes organizational consulting, strategic planning, and team development. Ruth holds a PCC-level credential with the International Coaching Federation and has served on various international task forces to elevate the quality of professional coaching and coach training around the world. Ruth holds a bachelors degree from Rice University and a master's degree in executive coaching and organizational consulting from New York University. She is married to Tyler Reitmeier and has three grown children, Reagan, Avery Anne, and Reece.
