Chris is a Partner with CFGI’s Denver office and brings over 16 years of experience providing accounting, management advisory, and transaction services to both public and private companies, with a focus in oil and gas (midstream and upstream), extractive minerals and metals, mining technology, and private equity and investment advisory. Chris is one of CFGI’s National Energy Industry leaders, and he also manages CFGI’s Colorado practice.

Chris has extensive experience supporting clients with interim finance and accounting leadership roles, executive problem solving, complex financial statement consolidations, financial planning and analysis, initial public offerings, carve-outs, and system implementations.
