Kimberly Wojcik is an Attorney-Advisor with the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Tax Policy and her role is focused on implementation of the clean energy provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act. Prior to joining Treasury, Kimberly was part of the Community Development Finance Group at Nixon Peabody LLP and her practice was focused on renewable energy transactions, representing developers and tax equity investors. Kimberly also worked as a manager at EY focused on credits and incentives. Kimberly earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a J.D. from Vermont Law School.
