Kamil Czerwiński brings a wealth of experience from the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Accounting and Consolidation Department at ZF Polpharma SA and as a member of the Management Board at Elektrociepłownia Starogard Sp. z o.o. With over 9 years of experience at Polpharma, Kamil oversees the accounting processes for the Polish entities of the Polpharma Group and leads a team of 50 accountants in the Financial Shared Service Center. Kamil's expertise lies in streamlining accounting processes, implementing new technologies such as Power BI reporting, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI/ML tools for finance, and ensuring compliance with various financial standards, including IFRS. Previously, Kamil spent over a decade at Deloitte, where he led financial statement audits. With skills ranging from corporate finance to project management to financial analysis, Kamil is well versed in the intersection of finance and technology, making him a valuable contributor to discussions on the role of AI in finance.
