Eva Simpson is the Vice President of Tax Practice & Financial Planning for the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. She leads the Tax Practice and Personal Financial Planning (PFP) divisions and supports the growth and success of the AICPA Tax Section, PFP Section and the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential programs. Eva joined the AICPA in 2008 in Forensic and Valuation Services (FVS) where she lead the Association's efforts to support accounting and financial professionals who perform valuations for advisory and financial reporting purposes through oversight of the FVS Section and related credential programs. Prior to joining the AICPA, Eva started her career in public accounting working primarily in tax and business valuation. A licensed CPA in North Carolina, Eva holds the CGMA designation and earned her Master of Science in Accounting with a graduate certificate in Taxation and her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a dual concentration in Finance at East Carolina University.
