Nick is a partner in KPMG's Department of Professional Practice (DPP) where he consults on and develops thought leadership for complex accounting and reporting matters. Nick is a subject matter expert on compensation arrangements, consolidations, revenue recognition, and business combinations.

Prior to joining KPMG, Nick completed a two year fellowship at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) where he led standard setting initiatives on revenue recognition and business combinations. Nick also developed FASB staff views on revenue recognition discussed at the Joint FASB/IASB Revenue Recognition Transition Resources Group.
