Harriet is responsible for global ESG insights at Diageo, a world-leader in beverage alcohol and proud custodians of some of the world's most iconic drinks brands, including Baileys, Johnnie Walker and Guinness.

With a career spanning ESG strategy and reporting in corporates and not-for-profits in Europe and Asia Pacific, Harriet is a passionate advocate for sustainability and impact communication. She also firmly believes in the power of leveraging data to engage stakeholders and, ultimately, drive change.

In her current role, she oversees the global ESG insights programme for Diageo, leading a talented team of sustainability professionals gathering internal and external insights on environmental and social topics. Their work aims to drive performance against Diageo's Spirit of Progress ambition, help the business continuously evolve in a fast-moving space and support broader societal progress on key environmental and social issues.
