Alicia Antonetti-Tricker
Alicia is Crowe’s Global Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Leader responsible for executive, experienced, campus and contingent workforce recruiting, strategic workforce planning, career mobility and onboarding.
Alicia serves as the Managing Principal (Partner) of Crowe’s Indianapolis office and is the Chief Compliance Officer for the firm’s SEC and MSRB registered municipal advisory practice. Alicia also leads Women Leading @ Crowe and serves on Crowe’s Bold Ambition Council which oversees Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the firm.
Prior to serving in this role Alicia spent over two decades providing finance, operations and information technology consulting services to public sector organizations. She has expertise in program and project management, organizational change management, enterprise system implementation including with ERP and CRM solutions, municipal finance, strategic planning, process improvement and human capital management.
