Noelle Johnson is the Assistant Director of DEI Learning and Development at Crowe LLP, with over a decade of experience optimizing company culture. Before her time at Crowe, Noelle was a Global DEIB Strategist and Trainer. She worked with companies across industries in developing inclusive and equitable practices to support a diverse global workforce and support organizations to center belonging for all employees.

Noelle is recognized for her work in inclusive hiring practices, facilitating trainings on cross-cultural communications, and guiding leaders in conducting productive, difficult conversations. Her expertise also extends to being a subject matter expert on career growth for marginalized communities. Her portfolio of clients includes organizations like Google, Noom, Microsoft, John Hancock, and Apex Systems. She has been published in Forbes, Fast Company, NPR, and more and has appeared on numerous podcasts.
