Ana joined J.P. Morgan in 2011 and has previously worked in two other investment banks. She is an attorney by training having worked in private practice for many years and she has been involved in banking and capital markets in variety of roles for over 20 years.

Ana has been responsible for the marketing, origination, structuring and execution of sustainable financings including loans and bonds in both investment grade and leveraged finance markets. Ana has led several debut sustainable labeled financings, including Eastman Chemicals, CEMEX, Bacardi, JAB Holdings, ADM, Mondelez, General Mills, Sonoco Products, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Suzano, SQM, The Republic of Uruguay, among others.

Ana has coordinated the ICMA 2023 revisions to the CTFH and has been involved in many discussions around sustainability transparency and disclosure and the best market and industry practices with ICMA and LSTA. In addition to providing sound advice on best sustainability strategies and structures to her clients, Ana keeps an ongoing dialogue with the buyside on best practices in the sustainable finance space.
