J. Daniel Bachrach is a tested finance and accounting executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Fusion Power Company. Throughout his more than 20 years of progressive professional experience, Mr. Bachrach has consistently delivered sound and reasoned leadership to dynamic enterprises across multiple continents and amongst diverse internal corporate organizations. This diversity of professional experience includes an in-depth knowledge of over 10 unique industries, annual revenues ranging from $25M to $3B, both private and public accounting, as well as working cross border spanning 20 different countries. As a result of this diversity, Mr. Bachrach has a gained a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that many businesses face during the course of their lifecycle. Mr. Bachrach began his professional career under the guidance of the CAO of a large Fortune 500 company quickly being groomed to take on increasing levels of responsibility in a financial controllership capacity. The experience gained proved invaluable as Mr. Bachrach continued to accept increasingly levels of responsibility throughout his tenure. This professional growth included assuming key leadership positions on business initiatives including: * Design and implementation of formalized internal control programs pursuant to SOX 404/COSO regulations, * ERP scoping/selection/design/deployment in conjunction with full systems conversions * IPO readiness leading the internal due diligence program, including preparation of internal valuation pursuant to underwriting requirements, * Market realignments to improve operational and overhead efficiencies across multiple business units. Mr. Bachrach holds a BS in Accountancy from Arizona State University, an MBA in Accounting from University of Phoenix, is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of AZ, and is credentialed as a Chartered Global Management Accountant within the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. When not at work, Mr. Bachrach enjoys spending time with his wife and six children, as well as actively volunteering in professional and religious organizations.
