Brittany Cicero is a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Personal Financial Services (PFS) practice in their New York office. She has more than 12 years of experience focusing on the tax needs of high net worth individuals and related family groups and closely held businesses. Brittany is a Texas native, but began her career in London. Prior to joining PwC in 2012, she worked for Deloitte providing a range of tax planning and account services to high net worth clientele, focusing on US and UK cross-border tax issues for individuals living abroad. Upon joining PwC in 2012 Brittany moved to Dallas and then moved to New York in 2018 to focus on cross-border high net worth family and individual compliance and consulting. Brittany has a diverse client base including closely held business owners, hedge fund principals, and real estate developers. She also serves high net worth family offices with multiple inter-related partnerships, trusts and individuals. In addition, Britany specializes in individuals with cross-border issues, and several of her clients either live abroad, have foreign ventures or are US inbounds. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of North Texas. She is licensed to practice public accountancy (CPA) in Texas and New York and is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA).
