Jim has experience in many different industries (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Technology, Automobile, Medical, and Real Estate) in Small Businesses up to Fortune 500 businesses. Jim is highly experienced in forming a variety of business entities, business expansions, divestitures, mergers & acquisitions, and business closures. Most importantly, Jim has focused his entire career on integrating technology to strategic plans and business processes alike. He is passionate about supporting the CPA profession and helping his peers embrace technology to prepare for the ever-changing landscape of business and automation.
