As the Chief Innovation Officer at Withum, Molly has been leading the firm's innovation agenda for 3.5 years. She drives the innovation strategy and delivery across the firm, with an emphasis on enabling everyone to innovate. She facilitates idea generation sessions, organizes challenges, and offers education and training on innovation and emerging technology. She also oversees a portfolio of innovation projects that creates operational efficiencies – this has involved workflow automations, integration portals, and most recently the launch of Withum’s AI strategy.

Molly is enthusiastic about providing innovative, technology-enabled solutions to help Withum's clients achieve a competitive edge in today's fast-changing and demanding market. She partners with Withum's executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop, create, and deploy company-wide technology initiatives.
