Beth is a Deputy Chief Accountant leading the Acquisitions, Divestitures and Consolidation team in PwC's Accounting and SEC Reporting Group. She is responsible for a team of consultants that specialize in business combinations and related areas such as intangibles, consolidations, disposals, impairments and segment reporting. Beth is also the Chair of the AICPA digital assets working group and a member of the AICPA business combination task force. Beth has over 30 years of experience at the firm and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University. She is a CPA and a member of the AICPA and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
