Daniela helps lead Crowe's growing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) services practice in the U.S, serving clients in a broad range of industries including Manufacturing, Private Equity, Banking, Professional Services, Life Sciences, and others. Daniela helps clients with a variety of services including ESG Due Diligence, Stakeholder Engagement and Materiality Analysis, ESG Strategy and Reporting, Carbon Footprint Assessments, and other Subject Matter Expertise.

Daniela participates in industry-level taskforces such as the AICPA's Sustainability Assurance task force, serving as one of Crowe's expert representatives helping to develop new chapters of the AICPA's Sustainability Assurance guide along with other supplemental guidance around ESG issues. Daniela has spoken at a variety of conferences and published several pieces of thought leadership on ESG topics with an angle on regulatory reporting.

Daniela's traditional training and background is in accounting and assurance services for SEC registrants, with a focus on SOX 404 and SEC disclosure requirements. Historically, she has served clients with complexity ranging from de novo private entities to large accelerated SEC filers, and has helped clients undergo major transitions such as IPOs & similar Registration Statements, acquisitions, and implementation of major new accounting standards.
