Andrei Petrovsky
Andrei Petrovsky is a Tax Director in the PwC Private practice resident in the Firm's Boston Office. Mr. Petrovsky has more than 25 years of experience providing tax services to large, privately held multinational companies and their stakeholders, whether private equity backed, inbound investments into the US, or family owned. Through the years, he has worked with companies across a variety of industries. Mr. Petrovsky has assisted clients with U.S. income tax consequences of acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations including bankruptcy, financing and equity transactions, a variety of tax planning projects, and many aspects of significant tax legislation enacted over the last several years. Mr. Petrovsky also previously completed a 15 month tour of duty in Kolkata, India, where he coordinated the development of the U.S. corporate tax component of PwC's Global Tax Delivery Model. Away from the office, Mr. Petrovsky enjoys spending time with his extended family including many nieces and nephews, travelling to new locations abroad and in the US, playing golf, and enjoying fine whiskeys.
