Ninad is the Managing Partner & national leader of CFGI's Cybersecurity practice. He has over 18 years of experience across various leadership roles in Cybersecurity and specializes in building & managing Cybersecurity operations. Prior to joining CFGI, he was a Sr. Director at Capgemini where was responsible for managing the Cybersecurity Services (operations and growth) across multiple sectors in North America.

Ninad brings to CFGI's clients his extensive expertise gained over the years and through his work at Capgemini (across India, Europe & North America) where he was directly involved in shaping security strategy, building security operations center (SOC) operations, overseeing several enterprise security transformation programs. Ninad founded Capgemini's offshore security practice in India and went on to build the 2 marque SOCs with a team that grew to ~350 security analysts in 3 years.

Ninad has been instrumental in hyper growth of CFGI's Cybersecurity practice over past 3 years.
