Maryalice is a forward-thinking senior leader in the professional services industry. As an advisor, she is well versed in the disruptive forces shaping today's business environment and brings that perspective to help organizations chart their transformational journeys. Maryalice applies her strategic experience to facilitate her client's growth.

Maryalice currently serves as a Managing Director in the Boston Life Sciences practice with Ernst & Young (EY). She has been instrumental in helping her clients implement strategies that disrupt markets, capture market share and strengthen financial results.

Prior to EY, Maryalice served as the Chief Audit Executive of W. P. Carey & Co. in 2011, an $11B public investment management company where she launched an Enterprise Risk Management Program and assessed and optimized financial and operational controls and processes.

Prior to W. P. Carey Maryalice served as the Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic market of Jefferson Wells, a $400M accounting, finance, and internal audit firm. She had full P&L accountability for the firm's Mid-Atlantic clientele across industries ranging from Mid-Market to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to Jefferson Wells, Maryalice served as Partner and Practice Director at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), a global consulting, systems integration and business process outsourcing company.

Maryalice began her career at IBM Corporation where she held a variety of sales, management and consulting roles of increasing responsibility in New Jersey/New York City, Washington DC and Philadelphia.

Maryalice currently serves on the non-profit board, The Center for Women & Enterprise. In the past she has served on the non-profit boards of Courageous Sailing and The Academy of Vocal Arts. Prior to joining EY Maryalice served on the private company board of Delaware Valley Floral Group, one of the largest floral distribution companies in the United States.

Maryalice holds a BA degree in Economics from Rutgers University. She attended the Harvard Business School Journey to the Boardroom Program and the Strategic Leadership Program. She also has dual American and Irish citizenship.
