Rebecca Wallenfelsz is a partner in Chapman's Trusts and Estates Department, where she represents individuals and institutions in estate planning and trust and estate matters. In addition to estate planning, Rebecca represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and trusts, including addressing fiduciary risk issues, tax issues and litigation matters, such as will and trust construction, breach of fiduciary duty and contested probate matters. Rebecca serves as a member of the American Cancer Society Nationwide Gift Planning Advisor Council and, in 2023, was named the ACS National Professional Advisor of the Year.
