Cindy Dwyer is the President of MHM Retirement Plan Solutions LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of CBIZ MHM LLC, with over 35 years of experience in her field. She is also a licensed CPA who practices public accounting through Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. an independently owned and operated CPA Firm. MHM Retirement Plan Solutions is a Third-Party Administration Firm for qualified retirement plans, including ESOPs. Services provided include plan design and consulting, participant recordkeeping, asset reconciliation, nondiscrimination testing, preparation of Form 5500 and assisting Plan Sponsors navigate the various IRS and DOL plan correction programs that are available. Cindy has previously served as a committee member and Chair of the Employee Benefits Institute; a nonprofit educational program sponsored by the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Over the years she has served in a variety of ways to the AICPA including a past member of both the AICPA Tax Executive Committee and the AICPA Technical Resource Panel for Employee Benefits. Additionally, Cindy has also served on numerous AICPA special task force committees. Cindy has been a recurring speaker at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants National Conference on Employee Benefit Plans, the ESOP Association and the National Center or Employee Ownership Conferences.
