Mary Giganti is a shareholder and Vice-President of Waldheger Coyne in Cleveland, Ohio. Mary's practice focuses on employee benefits, specifically qualified retirement plans, including ESOPs, for closely-held businesses. Mary is a contributing editor to the 401(k) Advisor, and co-authored articles in the Journal of Pension Benefits and the Journal of Pension Planning and Compliance. Mary is a frequent speaker to a variety of professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, various State Societies of CPAs, ASPPA, the ESOP Association, and the Ohio Employee Ownership Center (affiliated with Kent State University). Mary is a member of Great Lakes TE/GE Council, the ESOP Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and a credentialed APM of ASPPA. Mary received her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
