Janice Stucke
As a seasoned financial executive and business strategist, Janice Stucke brings 10-years of expertise in transforming financial operations, driving growth, and optimizing business performance. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Achieving the Dream, Inc., a prominent 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the community college network, she has spearheaded digital financial transformation which has significantly improved operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
Prior to Janice's role at Achieving the Dream, Inc., she was Director of Finance at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Controller for two technology companies, where she consistently delivered outstanding financial management and strategic insights.
Prior to becoming an accounting, Janice spent 10-years managing refugee programs in the U.S. and aboard in which she leveraged government and non-governmental resources to support refugees in refugee camps with education and food assistance, and then assisted in their resettlement to the United States.
Janice is on the AICPA's CFO Planning Committee and, also Co-chairs the Advisory Board for CFOLC-Baltimore. She is also active with the Maryland CPA society and is a Board Member for the Montgomery County Coalition for Adult English Literacy (MCAEL) to assist individuals in her community.
Janice holds a Masters of International Affairs & Public Policy from the University of California, San Diego, and a B.A. in International Affairs & Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from The George Washington University. She is a licensed, active Maryland C.P.A.
