With over 40 years of audit and accounting experience, Mark is responsible for audits of privately held companies in the consumer products, industrial products and service sectors as well as audits of many types of employee benefit plans, including ESOPs, 401(k) and 403(b) Plans, other types of defined contribution plans, and defined benefit plans. He also consults with clients on employee benefit plan issues and strategies, and serves as overall business advisor to financial and executive officers or owners and their top management teams. Mark is a Subject Matter Expert within RSM US LLP for leveraged ESOP audit and accounting matters at the corporate level and at the plan level.
