Craig Bowden
As a Director with SC&H Capital, Craig brings a strategic and in-depth approach to each client, positioning the key aspects of their story in order to tailor the best message to potential buyers and/or investors.
Since joining SC&H Capital in 2016, Craig has focused predominantly on M&A transactions and financial and strategic advisory involving high-growth, middle-market companies. He specializes in advising founder and family-owned businesses as well as corporate divestitures. Beginning his career on the buy-side with private equity, he brings a unique perspective to his sell-side advisory clients.

Craig holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics from Loyola University Maryland.
He is a board member of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore and is always excited to meet others who are passionate about making an impact in the Baltimore community.
A native of upstate New York, Craig is an avid skier, but spends much of his free time with his wife and two kids and coaching little league baseball.
Craig is a FINRA Registered Investment Banking Representative (Series 79 and 63).
