Frank Tart
Frank Tart Bank of America Market Executive, GCB Middle Market Raleigh, NC Frank Tart joined Bank of America in November 2013 and serves as Market Executive for GCB's Carolinas East market. This market includes the Triangle and Triad regions of NC along with the Midlands and Low Country of SC. Tart has over 30 years of banking experience, mostly in North Carolina. He previously was Triangle Market President for Paragon Commercial Bank. Before that he served in several leadership roles at RBC Bank over 7 years, including President of commercial banking for North Carolina. He began his career with First Union Bank, holding multiple positions over 17 years throughout North Carolina and Georgia. Tart has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Occoneechee Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He previously served on the boards of The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, the Research Triangle Regional Partnership, Small Business Assistance Corp, United Way, Playspace (now Marbles) Children's Museum and other organizations. |
