Jason Shultz is the Partner of Innovation at HoganTaylor LLP. He operates within the Strategic Services Department of the Firm by partnering with the CEO, Integrated Services Executives, and the Growth Partner on strategic issues. His responsibilities include:     * Define and foster a culture of innovation across the Firm by overseeing or implementing changes that enhance competitiveness and improve efficiencies.     * Identify, strategize, develop, and lead transformative initiatives and champion the role of innovation by aligning overall Firm strategy with innovative thinking.     * Empower individuals and teams to perform at their potential while embracing diversity of thought. He also serves in the following roles:     * The Executive Director of myPortal.team, a proprietary, accessible-anywhere, document transfer and storage portal. In addition to serving HoganTaylor LLP's clients with this technology, we've made myPortal available to other CPA firms across the US where it utilized by firms of all sizes.     * One of the founding members of the HoganTaylor LLP D&I Advisory Team. This team is committed to holding leadership accountable to its vision of HoganTaylor as a diverse and inclusive firm. We will drive bold and measurable actions that result in meaningful changes across the Firm.     * Board member of Momentum3, LLC. HoganTaylor and Momentum3 have formalized a partnership to bring custom software, products, and digital solutions to the middle market, a market which has not historically had access to these tools. Jason began his career at Deloitte & Touche where he served large public and private companies.
