Charlotte Cathro is the co-founder of TAC CPAs LLC, a boutique public accounting firm specializing in regulated cannabis industry operators. TAC offers tax, consulting, and accounting advisory services to the full spectrum of medical and adult-use companies from microbusinesses to multistate operators. We also welcome ancillary service providers. The TAC team honestly cares about the industry and where it is going, including social equity, quality production, educated consumers, and an efficient and consistent supply chain. Prior to joining up to form TAC CPAs, Charlotte ran the solo cannabis tax and consulting firm Cathro LLC. She previously worked over 10 years in audit, tax, and consulting services at two regional accounting firms. Charlotte started working with cannabis clients when medical use was passed in Massachusetts in 2012 and her expertise has been called upon for various speaking engagements. Charlotte holds a Certified Public Accountant license in the State of Massachusetts. She received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Brandeis University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University. Charlotte serves as a Board Member and Cannabis Committee Chair for the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, as a Corporator for Greenfield Savings Bank, and as a Finance Committee Member for Dakin Humane Society.
